Founded by Valerie Knight, a former President and CEO of a large family-owned business, the firm brings firsthand perspective to the leadership, relationships, and family dynamics that make these transitions uniquely complex.
The Founder
I know what it means to grow into leadership.
I worked my way from an entry-level marketing role to President & CEO of a family-owned business with more than 600 employees across multiple markets. Over more than two decades, I learned what it means to make decisions when the responsibility ultimately sits with you, while navigating the relationships and expectations that come with a family business.
Today, I advise next-generation family business leaders preparing to take on significant leadership roles. I bring the perspective of someone who has been in the seat and knows that becoming the leader is about more than being given the title.
My focus is helping leaders develop their own voice, establish authority, and respect the legacy built before them.
